My list of things to do somehow manages to keep growing no matter how many tasks I complete:

• The alchemist needs Stonescale fish, task completed;

• The tailor needs silk, task completed;
• The Argent Dawn needs lightning eels -- work in progress; and

• Lokaine needs a vacation, task yet to commence!!

The above is a small sample of that which must be done.

I recently submitted a bid and won the auction of a Craftsman's Writ to supply lightning eels to the Argent Dawn folks which, upon successful completion, would enhance my reputation with that elite group. Finding a moment to fulfill the Writ, however, has been elusive. Since the day was young and the morning was quiet, I decided to try to tackle the assignment.

Although lightning eels can be found in many locales throughout the lands of Azeroth, I chose the winter wonderland of Winterspring as my destination. So, after rummaging around in the vault for my lucky fishing gloves and paying a visit to the fishing supply vendor to purchase lures, I caught the first Wind Rider headed in that direction.

The weather was sunny and cold, a typical Winterspring morning, but I was elated to have even a brief span of time to visit my favorite fishing hole in Frostwhisper Gorge. I had the entire pond to myself, and I quickly found the perfect spot from which to cast and from which to keep an eye out for mobs who wander around the area seeking unsuspecting prey. I baited my line and settled in for what I thought would be a bit of a wait, but to my surprise, the fish were biting as fast as I could cast. At the end of my brief fishing trip, my bags contained:

• Raw Sunscale Salmon, 6
• Raw Whitescale Salmon, 17
• Lightning Eel, 6
• Plated Armor Fish, 6
• Raw Nightfin Snapper, 3
• Unknown who got away, 2

Not bad for a 20 minute fishing expedition!!
