Great post, when selecting catering equipment you can always buy second hand and make a great saving over buying new. There are however pitfalls. Not everyone selling used catering equipment is getting rid because the equipment has realised its working life. Reconditioning used catering equipment can lead to a new lease of life and a further 10 to 15 years of service.
