Catherine McNeil is a new Australian top model on the scene. Born in Brisbane Australia, the young model lived a modest life and wanted to be an auto mechanic. But fate had other plans. Her desire to be a mechanic was put on hold after she won the 2003 Girlfriend Magazine model search, which resulted in a trip to New York to meet with a modeling agency.
She was only 14 years old, when she sign on with Next Modeling Agency, one of the larger and more sought-after agencies. After that her modeling career began to blossom and she spent a lot of time in Sydney working on ad campaigns for the likes of Zimmerman, Cue, Alannah Hill, and Myer.
She has now left Australia and calls New York home. As well as the new surroundings she is also getting used to the title of supermodel.
