Cellular phones have created some new circumstances for those who use them. That is to say, using a cellular phone means that you are available for anyone and everyone all along the seven days of the week and at any hour of the day. That is the case in which your friends and relatives wouldn't accept any excuses for not to be there to answer them at any time. But, of course, it will be some sort of the continuous annoyance, specially during the times when you aren't ready to talk to anyone at all, even if it was so important to make or receive calls; you may be at the bathroom or you are about to take some rest and the calls of the cellular phone would accompany you wherever you are. You may say "I would only accept to receive calls when it is just a case of emergency". So, why would you put yourself in such situations.
 

In fact, the number of mobile phones grows day after day and it is being used every where and any time. It would be very useful if they are being used for business affairs and for accomplishing people's interests. You may find that most of the calls nowadays are only for stupid, silly and ridiculous matters. According to these facts, do you want or accept to be available for everyone, every where and and at any time?. If you will accept that, you are destroying your quiet happy life.


The protocol of the usage of the cellular phone is about to become an abandoned concept. Everyday, we face many people who are using mobile phone and talking in a loud voice regardless of the persons and the place. added to that, how would be the case if you are speaking with someone and he has received a call and he kept talking with the other person?. This will be a bad behavior, Won't it ?. Don't you see that such practices are very bad and it should vanish?. All of us should follow a certain degree of such protocols with respect to the use of cell phones, specially in places where you may seem rude if you use or even when your cell phone rings and you are asked to answer it. Consequently, there are some places in which you shouldn't use your phone like in the places of worship; where you can simply turn it off, because it will disturb everyone there and of course you do not want to be in such situation.


Another example, during meetings it is very important in most cases not to make any interruption while someone is speaking especially if it is an urgent matter that you are discussing there, so you have to turn off your phone during such meetings. Sometimes, it can be a matter of safety to turn off your phone such as in the case of traveling by air, where it is required to turn it off in order not to make any interferes with the calls that the pilot usually receives to get the instructions during the flight.


Finally, we want to say here that cellular phones have become a very important part of our life at the present time, and this is the fact that we can't deny. But we can get the most benefits from using it. This can only be done when we come to stick to the rules which will be the perfect assurance for all of us to get the most positive side of mobile phones and to avoid the negative one.
