Causes of Cellulite

In the past, obesity and fat disorder or excess fat was considered as the cause of cellulite. However, recent medical research shows that cellulite is rather a disease of the circulatory system that deforms the connective tissue.

Cellulite is found in 90% of women and even on skinny women. Cellulite creates a condition where the fat bulges upwards and make the skin look fatty. Medical experts believe that the main cause of cellulite is weakening of the tiny blood and lymph drainage vessels that maintain a fresh supply of nutrients to the tissues. This health condition causes damage to the connective tissue that shapes the fat and prevents it from bulging outwards.

Therefore we can say that cellulite is caused by: Damaged Circulation, indigestion, Hormonal Imbalances, Lack of Exercise and Poor lymphatic circulation, Over Exertion, Bad Diet and Toxin buildup

One can reduce the appearance of cellulite by reducing the fat.

Cellulite cream

Cellulite affects women of all ages around the world. Anti cellulite creams are developed to fight and get rid of cellulite and excess fat.

As explained above, cellulite is caused by a buildup of fats and toxins underneath the skin. This excess fat makes the skin lose its elasticity and forms dimpled marks that can be recognized. Getting rid of cellulite means getting rid of those fat and toxins.

One can get rid of cellulite by: having regular healthy diet, regular exercise, and using an effective anti cellulite cream.

A good anti cellulite cream penetrates into that skin and fights to get rid of fat cells and toxins underneath the skin.

Ingredients of anti-cellulite cream

Ingredients of anti cellulite cream includes: aminophylline and caffeine. Both, aminophylline and caffeine are effective in fighting fat cells and increasing blood flow to the affected areas.

A good anti cellulite cream

A good anti-cellulite cream is one that will penetrate deep into the skin and get rid of excess unwanted fat. A good anti-cellulite cream will have a perfect balance of caffeine and aminophylline. These two ingredients in anti cellulite creams burn the excess fat cells and toxins that cause cellulite.

Caffeine, when applied on skin, stimulates the process of breaking down the fat cells and opening up the blood cells in the affected areas of the body. This allows your body to get rid of those toxins and damaged blood cells and give your skin a more natural and young look.

Aminophylline, when applied on skin, becomes breaks down cellulite and helps to get rid of those fat cells and toxins under the skin.

Another ingredient of cellulite cream is Retinol A that helps in tightening of the skin and gives your skin a young look.

LIPOSUCTION

Liposuction is a surgical technique that improves the body's contour by removing excess fat from deposits located between the skin and muscle. Liposuction involves the use of a small stainless steel tube, called a cannula. The cannula is connected to a powerful suction pump and inserted into the fat through small incisions in the skin. Fat removal is accomplished as the suction cannula creates tiny tunnels through the fatty layers. After surgery, these tiny tunnels collapse and thus result in an improved body contour.

Cellulite treatment

Treatment of cellulite may include: Taking Healthy Diet, Regular Exercise, Applying Cellulite Creams and Liposuction.

Cellulite creams and Liposuction has already been explained above.

A healthy and balanced diet is a must for treatment of cellulite and to burn those excess bulging fat. Eat natural food and avoid foods with fat and harmful chemicals. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables that will break down the fat cells and reduce the production of new fat cells. Drink a lot of water.

Regular exercise is another factor to treat cellulite. Make an exercise routine and follow the routine. You can do freehand exercises at home and there is no need to go to the gym. Playing some sport is just another exercise that will help you burn excess fat and also lose weight. Playing tennis, going for a morning or evening walk, or even riding a bicycle can be very helpful.

Conclusion on Cellulite

If you are suffering from the problem of cellulite and want to get rid of all the excess bulging and "dimple forming fats", do regular exercise, drink lots of water, and eat healthy foods. Use somlity anti-cellulite cream. All these will help you lose fat and weight and your skin will look and feel tight and young.

Hi Charia: Why don't you try some thigh exercises in the gym. A cellulite cream should also help.
