Cellulitis is an important source of complex women. How to get rid of them? What techniques are available that could eliminate those unsightly fatty areas?
1) Cellulite fat: it is generally round in women who had taken a little weight.
2) Cellulite with water retention: it is often women who have thin legs
but very heavy coated. The whole leg is affected. This water retention
is due to insufficient lymphatic.
3) The fibrous cellulite:
the genetic origin, affecting women rather slim, even sporting events.
The cellulite is dense, painful and very localized. We find the typical
locations of cellulite women.
Whatever the type of cellulite is a complex source of women and a very
common reason for consultation. But for now we are not so strong in
this area but manage to still get some degree of improvement. We are
testing many new techniques and now we are even to combine these
treatments to enhance results.
Against liposuction cellulite
With regard to cellulite,
the reference is liposuction. This treatment is often invasive (surgery
with hospitalization and anesthesia), but quite effective. Liposuction
is aimed at young women. 30-35 years past, it is less recommended
because of skin slackening (remove the fat without skin tension does
not always result aesthetics). Contrary to popular belief, you should
know that cellulite removed by liposuction is not there. They have
taken a capital fat that can not recover. The treatment of each area is
final. However, be erratic results, hence the interest to choose a
surgeon well experienced.
Laser cellulite and lipolysis
This technique is less
invasive and the only local anesthesia. Different wavelengths combined
(1064nm, 1320nm, 980nm) are used. It introduces a fine needle that will
produce heat and destroy fat cells. Lipolysis laser coagulates at the
same time the surrounding blood vessels, thus reducing the blue and the
risk of bruising. Laser lipolysis has this very powerful, it also
boosts collagenèse, which promotes the retraction of the skin.
This works particularly well for small fat overload of Quarantine with
a small skin slackening. Thus, in the absence of skin slackening (young
women), is liposuction which is recommended, but in the presence of a
slackening skin, it is preferable to turn to laser lipolysis.
Ultrasound to help the cellulite
They can be applied
internally or externally. Internally, they seem very effective, but the
technique is not well codified. Externally, they are a little
disappointing, but this technique is a way forward.
Radiofrequency against cellulite
This technique uses
electromagnetic waves that pass between the poles. The octopolaire
(between 8 poles) gives a better efficiency than the bi-or tripolar. As
for the laser lipolysis and internal ultrasound, radiofrequency
adipocytes definitively destroyed by heat. The heat will also be able
to stimulate the synthesis of collagen in the dermis.
The carboxythérapie to fight against cellulite
It involves
injecting CO2, which weakens the wall of adipocytes, which eventually
burst. This gives good results in volume with a certain degree of skin
retraction. The current trend is actually based on this dual action.
Indeed, an area that is thinning, but it is also necessary to tension
the skin for a good aesthetic result.
The mesotherapy, another technique against cellulite
There
are other techniques that, they do not destroy fat cells. This is the
case with mesotherapy. Little used in France, mesotherapy can be used
to clear the cell of its fat content. The disadvantage is that the
result is not definitive.
The endodermologie against cellulite
This technique is
particularly effective in cases of retention of water because it helps
clear the edema. It is based on a kind of massage performed by a
physiotherapist with a machine.
Liposuction cellulite is fat. It can also be used against the fibrous cellulite but the results can be a little worse.
Lipolysis laser is designed specifically to fibrous cellulite, and a little cellulite with water retention.
Radiofrequency carboxythérapie and can play on the three types of cellulite.
Endermologie is especially reserved for cellulite with water retention.
Finally, mesotherapy is mainly indicated in case of slackening skin. It
plays on the retention of water and a little on the fibrocellulite, but
not on the cellulite fat.
