Fresno Chaffee Zoo is a zoo located in the center of Roeding Park in Fresno, California. In addition to animal displays, it is also the home of Ross Laird's Winged Wonders Bird Show.
The mission of the Zoo is to provide a fun, unique and up-close experience that strengthens the bond between people and wildlife.
In 2004, "Measure Z" was passed by the voters in Fresno to raise money to expand the zoo, and to improve the animal exhibits. The 150 million dollar project is currently on hold, pending the submission and review of an environmental impact report.
The name of the zoo was changed to Fresno Chaffee Zoo in 2006.
In 2007, there was a traveling "Stingray Bay" exhibit that visited which attracted large crowds to the zoo. Remarkably, several stingrays were bred while they were visiting Fresno.

Please help! The message "duplicate content" keeps bugging me in this article. What should I do? Should I delete this article and write a new one? Do I need to delete some of the text capsules?
Yes, I haven't been to Gainesville Florida but then that should not stop me from writing a short article on Gainesville. This is HubPages, you know. In HubPages, they'll let write short articles about any topic you want. And so I wrote this article on Gainesville.
Tomorrow, I'll wake up early in the morning, around 5 in the morning and write another article about Palm Bay, Florida. It will be a short article probably around 300 words. I'll just include some information on the history of Palm Bay.
After that I'll write another article about Miami Gardens Florida. But not until I have finished my breakfast. I'll probably have two sunny-side up eggs and a slice of bread for my breakfast.
I haven't written articles on computer software for quite sometime now. I need to do a research of Windows 7 and write a review afterwards. I still need to install Windows 7 on one of my computers. My DVD drive is becoming unreliable and I may need to replace it first before I start on my installation.
