Chakra System

Chakras are energy centers aligned down the center of the body. Each energy center is related to part of your life. By opening and clearing each chakra energy is able to move throughout your body and life.

Root Chakra -- Located at the base of your spine. Energy here grounds you. You are connected to Mother Earth, you are stable, you have a secure foundation. This energy also connects you to your past and your ancestors. Your family, material needs and identity energies are located here.

Sacral Chakra -- Located between belly button and pubic bone. Energy here opens your creativity. You are artistic, original, and fertile. You have all you need. Sexuality, desire and reproduction are also located here.

Solar Plexus Chakra -- Located just above your belly button. Energy here empowers you. You are powerful, strong, and willful. This is where your personal power, authority, and self-control lie.

Heart Chakra -- located in the middle of your chest just above your heart. Energy here balances you. You are loved, loving, and open. This chakra connects you to the whole world and everything in it. This energy center is connected to all the other chakras. Peace, joy, happiness, love are all here.

Throat Chakra -- Located at the base of your throat. Energy here speaks your truth. You are honest, you communicate well with others, and you have personal expression. This energy center is about all types communication between yourself and others.

Third Eye Chakra -- Located between your eyebrows. Energy here opens true sight. You are imaginative, you manifest your intentions, and you see with your soul. This energy center is the doorway to your inner world and the multi-dimensional Universe.

Crown Chakra -- Located just above your head. Energy here connects you to Spirit. You are One, you are whole, you are complete. This energy center is your connection to wisdom, purpose, and God.
