Like the title suggest this hub is about solar panels. Have you every considered going green and kiting out your house only to not bother because the price of a solar panel would cost you an arm and a leg. I know i have but what i found was a way to make my own solar panels. All you need is a good step by step plan and some tool plus materials, but before i tell you where to get a good step by step plan let me tell you how solar power works.

Solar power works by converting some of the energy from the sun into clean from of electric so that you can use it to power anything that requires electricity. There is alot of tecno talk on how you can convert that energy into electric but for the average person you don't need to know or want to its a little boring. But if your interseted google photovoltaic panels and this will give you the information you want.

Now if you want to go green but don't have 1000's to redo your home you might want to think about making your own. Home solar panels are a great way to make your own solar panels at a fraction of the cost. You can literally make it in your backyard, and all you need is a little know-how, some tools and materials. Just think this will be a great way to spend a weekend and it will save you money in the long run. If you are thinking of making a solar panel you are going to need a good step-by-step guide unless your a super genius who know everything in which case you can do it your self.
