At Home Tattoo Removal

If you are searching for cheap tattoo removal, then choosing an at home tattoo removal method would be your best choice. There are two options for removing a tattoo from home. One option is a tattoo fade cream, and the second option would be TCA tattoo removal, which is a chemical peel. It can take 8 weeks or more to remove a tattoo using either method. However, if you compare these methods to laser tattoo removal, the time frame is about the same and the cost is significantly less. Another impotant fact to consider, is that both options are pain freeand does not cause any type of scarring.

Tattoo Fade Cream

Tattoo fade creams are usually purchased as a kit . They involve a two or three step process depending on which tattoo fade cream you choose to purchase. However, the basic concept is the same. You usually begin by exfoliating your outer layer of skin. The fade cream is then applied and penetrates into your skin to break up the ink pigmentation. Then a nourishing cream is applied to encourge new skin cell growth. The new skin cells, over time, replace the olderĀ cells that had the ink pigmentation and eliminates the tattoo.

TCA Tattoo Removal

A TCA peel works similar to the tattoo fade cream. Instead of using exfoliation to break down the outer skin layer, the acid in the chemical peel removes the outer skin layer. Once the skin layer is removed, new skin cells begin to grow and replace the old skin. Several applications are necessary, as with the tattoo fade cream, to effectively remove the tattoo. The process can up to four months. Also, this method can be a bit more expensive than a tattoo fade cream, but is still much less than having a laser procedure done.
