Many dieters dream about the chance to eat as much as they want and never gaining weight, and it is this critical step that prevents many from reaching their weight loss goals. If you've considered ways to ‘cheat' nature and find a way to eat as much as you want without consequences, you've probably already discovered a number of weight loss formulas that promise just that. Cheat & Eat weight loss pills are designed to absorb fat in foods so they never reach get converted into fat or energy in the body. Does this really mean it's time to load up on ice cream and donuts?

Cheat & Eat Diet Pills: How They Work

Cheat & Eat diet pills are designed to bind with fat molecules in food and drinks you consume, so that they pass through the body completely undigested. This is not a new concept; the introduction of Olestra was a nationwide attempt to convert junk food into ‘health' food simply be using a special type of oil to make potato chips and other processed foods. However, too many consumers experienced uncomfortable side effects after eating these foods, and food manufacturers promptly took them off the market.

Now weight loss pills are being designed to do the same thing; Cheat & Eat is just one of many sugar and fat blockers available, encouraging dieters to ‘eat as they please' and not have to worry about weight gain. The ‘logic' behind these pills is that the body will simply absorb less and therefore not convert the food to energy.

Cheat & Eat Diet Pills: Key Ingredients

The key ingredients in Cheat & Eat diet pills are found in many diet pills on the market, but just not in the same amounts. Key ingredients in these pills are:

• Chitosan

• Garcinia cambogia

• Vitamin C

• Gymnema Sylestre

Gymnema sylvestre is the active ingredient that is included to prevent sugar absorption. Since excess sugar is one of the triggers for weight gain in the typical American diet, this ingredient may help to reduce the absorption of glucose completely, and bypass the natural process altogether.

Garcinia cambogia is commonly found in diet pills today, and serves as an appetite suppressant. Some experts suggest that Garcinia cambogia plays an important role in fat metabolism by reducing the level of energy-fat conversions and burning excess fat instead. However, research is ongoing and there is little evidence that Garcinia cambogia is as powerful as some manufacturers (and marketers) suggest.

Vitamin C is an important vitamin for absorption of minerals and nutrients, and is included in this weight loss product to help speed up absorption and breakdown of the supplement.

Chitosan first became popular in the mid-‘90s, and is found in many dietery aids and weight loss supplements. It is a non-digestible fiber responsible for absorbing fatty oils. This is one of the key ingredients for making sure fattening foods do not get converted into body fat, and are simply passed through the body undigested instead.

Cheat & Eat Diet Pills: Potential Dangers and Side Effects Common side effects of fat and carb blockers include:

• Nausea

• Diarrhea

• Constipation

• Poor digestion

• Unsteady blood sugar levels

• Poor appetite

• Increased risk of overeating

Bottom Line: Cheat & Eat diet pills have not been approved by the FDA, and may have a number of uncomfortable side effects. Anyone who continues to eat a high fat and high sugar diet will be contributing to an unhealthy habit---regardless of whether the fat and sugar are absorbed in the body, or not. Fat and carb blockers can make it very difficult for the body to process foods naturally, and this may sabotage weight loss efforts in the future; the safest, and often most effective approach is to simply eat wholesome and nutritious foods on a regular basis so that overeating unhealthy foods simply isn't an option.
