My Initial Impression of Cheat & Eat
The advertising for Cheat & Eat begins with a question, “What if you could continue eating foods that you are accustomed to and still shed those extra pounds?” That’s just the thing though, when products like Cheat & Eat insinuate a person can lose weight without changing their eating habits or lifestyle they lead a person to believe they can continue on in their unhealthy habits and food choices and still lose weight—nothing could be further from the truth. It’s our food and lifestyle choices that put the weight on and there is no pill on the market that can counteract those choices.
The advertising for Cheat & Eat takes a Jekyll and Hyde approach; on the one hand, they say there is not substitute for proper diet and exercise then on the other they say the product will help you lose weight without changing your eating habits or lifestyle. How’s that for mixed messaging? The formula is promoted as a fat blocker that can block up to 12 grams of fat. They also claim it will block the sugar in the food you consume.
Cheat & Eat Ingredients & What the Manufacturer Says They Will Do
Chitosan, Gymnema Sylvestre, Garcinia Cambogia, and Vitamin C
If the claims for Cheat & Eat are to be believed, the Chitosan in the formula will attract fat like a “fat magnet” and as it moves through the body is will bind the fat in the intestines around it before landing in the toilet. The Gymnema Sylvestre will supposedly take care of the sugar in a different way, it will block the amount of sugar that can be absorbed and metabolized by the body. Did you catch that clever tiptoeing the advertising does; Gymnema Sylvestre “blocks the amount of sugar that can be absorbed”, in other words, it does not block all types of sugars and the sugar it does block may be a miniscule amount.
Garcinia Cambogia and Vitamin C are the two ingredients worth putting your confidence in because of the clinical support each of the ingredients enjoy. The Vitamin C is said to enhance the Gracinia Cambogia’s benefits. Here’s what is believed about the ingredient. Garcinia Cambogia causes the body to burn some of the excess fat and carbohydrates as fuel instead of storing them as fat. The amount it burns is small but when that is combined with fat burning exercise and healthy foods it may be just enough to promote some weight loss.
The Main Drawbacks to Cheat & Eat
The misleading advertising for Cheat & Eat is off-putting. The lack of scientific support for some of the ingredients doesn’t boost confidence either.
Would I try Cheat & Eat?
I’m not so sure this product is the best weight loss supplement available. The way it encourages the consumer to believe its okay to eat whatever you want flies in the face of common nutrition.
