Limburger Cheese

  • Limburger cheese is creamy white with soft interior and with pungent odor. Ingredients are whole or partly skimmed milk. It is ideal for sandwiches and appetizers. It is originally from Belgium.

  • Muenster cheese is creamy white, semi-soft in texture, it has a tan or white surface. It contains whole milk and it is ideal as appetizers and in sandwiches. It is originally from Germany.

  • Neufchatel cheese is similar to cream cheese. It contains whole milk and is ideal as appetizers, sandwiches and salads. It is originally from France.

  • Parmesan or Reggiano cheese is light yellow in color, its texture is hard. It is ideal for soup, salads or as seasoning (grated). It is originally from Italy.

  • Port du Salut, or Oka has a reddish-brown surface, it has a creamy yellow interior, and texture is semi-soft. Ingredients are whole milk and rennet (substance use to curdle milk), this cheese is ideal as appetizers and eaten with fresh fruits. It is originally from France.

Provolone Cheese

  • Provolone is golden yellow in surface, its texture is hard. The ingredient of this cheese is whole milk and ideally used as appetizer and ingredient in cooked foods.

  • Ricotta is colored white and with soft texture. The Ingredient is whey (watery liquid left when milk forms curdle), whole milk or skimmed milk, it is ideal in cooked foods and as seasoning. It is originally from Italy.

  • Stilton is colored white with blue-green mold veining, its texture is semi-soft. Its ingredient is whole milk with cream and it is ideal as appetizer, dessert and ingredient in cooked foods. It is originally from England.

  • Swiss cheese is pale in yellow with firm texture and "eyes" -holes formed by gas bubbles. Its ingredient is partly skimmed milk and is ideal as appetizers, sandwiches and salads. It is originally from Switzerland.
