A Chef's Story...
Growing up, I enjoyed nothing more than being in a professional kitchen...Yes, I washed dishes when I was 13 years of age, but quickly moved up to being a Prep Cook within a year of hard work and devotion. My second oldest brother was the Sous Chef... which gave me the in... if you know what I mean!
As many of you know... In the competitive culinary industry, it's all about who you know! This is true in many aspects of business and industry... But we'll talk more about that in the future.
