I love ravioli and I love chicken so why not combine the two. That is why I love this Chicken Ravioli dish. It is simply delicious and I am sure you will think so to. This hub has the ingredients for the best Chicken Ravioli dish. 

Ingredients

1 courgette, finely diced

1 red capsicum, finely diced

150g mushrooms, finely sliced

2 tsp oil

2 x 420g cans Original Pasta Sauce

800g bag Frozen Roast Chicken & Basil Pesto Ravioli

2 tbsp sliced fresh basil or parsley leaves

Method

Gently cook courgette, capsicum and mushrooms in the oil in a moderately hot frying pan for 2 minutes. Pour in the Original Pasta Sauce and simmer for 8-10 minutes.

2. Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil and add the Frozen Roast Chicken & Basil Pesto Ravioli, stir and boil rapidly, uncovered for 7-8 minutes until the pasta is tender but firm to the bite.

3. Drain ravioli and stir through the cooked pasta sauce. Sprinkle in the basil leaves just before serving with a fresh green salad.
