Why Chicken Sarah

Chicken Sarah came about when a friend (called Sarah) and myself were planning a meal. She phoned me up and said help she need to cook a meal for some people, that night and as it was then lunch time it need to be quick but also posh.

So I got thinking and together we came up with this dish. Take a look, cook it and let me know what you think in the comments box at the end.

Also this dish can be made as small or big as you like you just need to double or treble the ingredients.

Ingredients

Here is your shopping list :

1 * Large Ready Cooked Chicken for the Hot Counter at the SuperMarket - or if you have time you can buy a fresh one and roast it at home.

2 * Large Tins Of Cambells Condensed Mushroom Soup

400 ml of Creme Fresh

500 ml of Double Cream

4oz mature Chedder Cheese

6 Slices of Bread

Salt and Pepper

Rice

Large Dish to cook it in


Lets Cook

1) First of all carve the chicken into the serving dish, this not be neat and can be chunked.

2) Mix together in a bowl the soup, cream, and creme fresh.

3) Pour this mixture over the Chicken

4) Make bread crumbs from the bread slices

5) Grate the cheese into the bread and mix together

6) Add pepper and salt into the bread and cheese mixture.

7) Toss this mixture on top of the chicken and cream so as to make a topping.

8) cook in a pre-heated oven 140 c for around 45 mins until it is hot and the topping golden brown - it may need longet but do not let it boil to long.

9) Cook rice.

10) Serve with your favourite vegetable.

You are done - simple but a great taste.
