This homemade chicken coop tractor is made of white pine and cypress which will last you many years to come. It measures a whooping 8ft x 5ft x 5ft and will hold 12-15 hens no problem. Inside we have 4 nesting boxes, 2 perches and drop down step for hens to get to the bottom of the run which is completely enclosed with wire which made this coop predator protected. We have an opening where you can get into coop for cleaning and a door with steps to the front of the coop. Chicken Coop is mounted on 4 wheels and can be moved around with the help of two strong men.This coop is COMPLETELY ASSEMBLED. Weight of coop estimated at 400 lbs.

Nice for a beginner...wish we would have had something like that. Our outside portion, surrounded with wire weld and reinforced with chicken wire is 16X18. We began farming, raising farm critters, including chickens and ducks two years ago, and we had no idea where to start, so we just started. This year we hatched out our first chicks and presently we have 32 chicks growing by leaps and bounds daily. We are now beginning to sell our duck eggs as well. You are a great source of information for beginners and 'seasoned' chicken farms alike! Thanks!!!
