In order to fill out an application for Chili's on line you will need to access a computer that has internet and Adobe Acrobat Reader. Since this Adobe file is a read only file you will have to print the application, which is five pages in length, and fill it out by hand, make sure you print legibly. The application for Chili's begins with standard questions such as your full name, your social security number and a current or permanent address. You will also need to give contact information and what position you are applying for. You will need proof of identity to work in the United States and if you are of legal age to serve alcohol. Your work history will be required and they also ask if you have ever worked for any other subsidiaries of Brinker such as Maggiano's or On The Border.

Your request to work full time or part time is required. This helps Chili's to know how they can place you if you are hired.
