China Economy May Strengthen the American Economy
52China Growing Economy May have a Positive Effect on the American Economy
The world is experiencing an eonomic turn down as the United States and most the civilized world wrestle with economic turmoil and unrest. The Associated Press responded that China’s growing economy may have a positive effect on U.S. exports and could very well boost the American economy.
Most exports and more of the exports are good for the global economy as reported by Wells Fargo Securities. Economists are saying however that China alone can not drive a rebound to the American economy. This statement is similar to what President Obama stated during the international meeting of the G20 summit. Obama said that the United States alone can not solve the world economic crisis.
However, the bulk of China’s exports are now material from developing countries. The main impact of China’s increased economy is whopping 6.1 percent impact mostly on the commodities market. As the economy of china recovers, American’s increased purchase of foreign equipment could help fuel global revival of the slumping world economic crisis.
Industrial components one of which are raw materials will be effected by the economic growth of China. China has targeted an 8 percent increase in the economy to get back to recovery. The China government economy is dependent on Beijing $158 billion stimulus effort which is a couple hundred billion shor of American’s $787 economic stimulus package. Beijing, however reflected that a full fledged recovery is not evident. The Associated Press is optimistic that China may be leading a world economic recovery with a resurgence and spending of bank loans that will get the world economy up and moving to prosperity once again.
