Using Chinese Stress Balls

Using Chinese stress balls as a short-term method of stress relief is becoming increasingly popular. These stress balls should be fairly easy to find and come in a variety of styles and colors.

The most common type of stress ball is the beanbag type. You will often find this type at industry gatherings and job fairs. While squeezing the stress ball you will begin to feel less apprehensive about things and some people find the slight rustling noise they make very soothing.

Liquid filled stress balls are also good relieving your stress. You will notice that they don't have quite as much resistance as some other varieties, but they are still quite helpful in helping you manage your stress.

Chinese stress balls are a little firmer and come in pairs. They are meant to be rolled in your hand. Some of them even come with noisemakers inside that create soothing sounds as the balls are rolled and banged together in your hand. Using these at work may not be the best idea as the sounds could be distracting to your coworkers, so home use may be your best choice for this type of stress ball.

Isn't it amazing that something so simple can help you alleviate stress? Concentrating on the feel of the stress balls being squeezed or rolling around in your hand can be really soothing. When you are stressed, inactivity can actually make things worse. So redirect your cares as you relax your mind. You might be surprised at how well this works!

Chinese stress balls could be just the type of stress relief you need. Ongoing, long-term stress can be very dangerous to your health. If your stress seems to be hanging on, please consult your medical professional for treatment advice.

I've heard of stress balls, but never a Chinese version. Interesting. I wonder what sorts of sounds they make...like a clacking, or more of a sand-sifting-through-an-hourglass?

To answer Ray, I have one of these balls, though not the set of 2, but it makes a musical sound when moved, much like wind chimes. Quite refreshing and relaxing.

Wow, this great. I had launched a new home based business a while back. And, man I could have used a stress reliever like this.
