52der Paprika and Tofu
Material: 2pieces red der paprika,
2pieces green der paprika
Tofu:150g,
Egg white: 1pc
champignon: 7 or 8 pieces.
potato: a half
shallot, ginger, thin soy sauce,salt,white sugar, pepper,balm.amylum.
Method:
1. Press the tofu to mud by using spoon,

6. Pour the egg white,
7. Add salt,cinque sachet,pepper,balsam a little.

9. fill the tofu mud into the emty der paprika. Make it full as possible.
10. pour some oil into the pan and heat it hot then put the der paprika in the pan. Fry one side then the other side.
11. Put the thin soy sauce, sugar and 100mL water. Cook it 4 or 5 minutes. Add a little fluid of the amylum
12. Then take them out of the pan once no enough fluid and put them on the dish.

This is not hot These der paprikas are big and not hot. Small der paprikas are hot. Very hot.
