Chlorella for Oral and Bowel Health

It has long been known that one of the main factors concerning good health is a healthy and efficient digestive system. Clean and productive bowels will quickly process and eliminate the waste from your body. The problems start when the whole process slows down and the toxins have time to enter the bloodstream and will eventually poison every part of the body.

Because the bowels lack “pain-sensitive” nerves, we don’t normally realise that there is a problem until the damage has been done. Sometimes excessive flatulence, cramps, and diarrhoea can be a good indicator that all is not well down there. So we need a fast waste disposal system to ensure good health to prevent lingering and putrefying waste leaking toxins into the bloodstream.

Chlorella is an ideal addition to your daily food intake to make this happen. When taken regularly it will begin the repair process and bring your digestive system back up to speed. One of the many clever things that chlorella is known for is to stimulate the growth of aerobic friendly bacteria and also cell wall repair for efficient poison absorption. It also stimulates Peristalsis, the muscular contractions required to move the material through the intestines. CANDIDA sufferers would therefore benefit greatly from Chlorella Supplementation.

It is widely believed that Chlorophyll found in Chlorella is the best cleansing agent found in nature. As well as detoxifying the bowels, it also detoxifies the bloodstream and liver. The protein content of this green super food is also available to rebuild and repair damaged tissue in the bowels.

I personally don’t like the taste of chlorella so I take my little green tablets with water and swallow them, but some people do actually chew them. The beneficial agents in the chlorella will eventually reach all areas of the body via the bloodstream when taken daily, but for serious bad breath cases chewing might be the way forward in the first instance.

If the chlorella is chewed, the deodorizing qualities are released almost immediately. The Chlorophyll then begins to sanitize the mouth and also gets between the teeth and gums to assist the repair of any gum disorders.

I will finish this article as I normally do by banging on about the positive benefits that massage can have on your prostate. And I don’t mean the invasive internal type either. Just a simple piece of non medical kit that you sit on, fully clothed, is all you need. I really do think that every man over the age of 45 should have one of these it is that important. Take a look and see for yourself.
