Memory Loss

Millions of people worldwide suffer from Alzheimer’s disease which is often described as the slow death of the brain as the disease kills off neurons in the part of the brain which regulates cognition and memory.

Is age-related memory loss inevitable, is a question often asked as the population continues to grow older. Are we dealing with some kind of ecological halt because our longevity has outpaced evolution? Many people think that the latter statement is the reason cancer has not been cured.

When you consider the billions that have been thrown into cancer research, and some of the finest brains in the world have been working in this area for many decades now, and people are still dying in there tens of thousands annually, the ecological halt theory starts to gain some credibility.

But with regard to memory loss, some experts are saying that memory loss is definitely not an inevitable part of the aging process, which is excellent news for some us who are approaching the autumn years of our life. They go on to say that the individual can do a lot to keep his/her memory in good condition including the use of Chlorella.

Unfortunately, as we age we become more prone to malnutrition because the metabolism slows down and doesn’t work as well as it once did leaving the cells of the body less able to absorb essential nutrients.

Chlorella’s ability to strengthen the immune system and its toxin removal powers encourages and stimulates the body’s own healing properties by providing nutritional access to the malnourished cells. I, personally, don’t take too many supplements; but chlorella is one that I do take on a daily basis.

I will finish this article as I normally do by banging on about the positive benefits that massage can have on your prostate. And I don’t mean the invasive internal type either. Just a simple piece of non medical kit that you sit on, fully clothed, is all you need. I really do think that every man over the age of 45 should have one of these it is that important. Take a look and see for yourself.
