Chlorella and Your Weight

Both in N America and the UK being overweight is one of the leading causes of ill health to both sexes. I wouldn’t insult the overweight people by saying that it is easily remedied because obviously it isn’t. But what I will say is that when the bodily functions are balanced and in tune, the body will revert to its ideal weight. And when this state is reached, the continual hunger pains will disappear to be replaced by an appetite to suit the new body size and lifestyle.

I think it is true to say now that the harmonious balance of the body is detuned by the empty calories of processed foods. White flour, sugars and fats, to name but a few, which are commonly found in processed foods do not provide the nutrition that the body is looking for. And this is where the overeating spiral starts. Until your body has the correct level of nutrition it will continually encourage you to eat. Unfortunately for most of us, the nutrition deficient fast and processed foods will not satisfy this demand.

Chlorella will work towards restoring this natural balance initially by cleansing the intestinal tract. Once this has been completed and the congested material eliminated from the body, the end of the tunnel will be in sight. I might add at this point that Chlorella has to be part of a well balanced food regime for your goals to be reached.

It is widely thought that the high Chlorophyll content of chlorella is responsible for stimulating intestinal action by feeding friendly bacteria in the stomach; and of course, chlorophyll is well known for neutralising acids found in the stomach.

I will finish this article as I normally do by banging on about the positive benefits that massage can have on your prostate. And I don’t mean the invasive internal type either. Just a simple piece of non medical kit that you sit on, fully clothed, is all you need. I really do think that every man over the age of 45 should have one of these it is that important. Take a look for yourself

Chlorella and Hunger Control

I don’t think the “Miracle Pill” exists as far as weight loss is concerned; but research is definitely moving forward to help people fight obesity. A topical area of research concerns the amino acid Phenylalanine and its ability to suppress hunger by acting on the appropriate area of the brain. Spirulina was found to posses this amino acid, but Chlorella was found to have a higher percentage.

Research is still very much in progress on this subject so no claims are being made here only another very good reason to make Chlorella Supplementation part of your daily routine.
