Chocolate Coated Carrots
Peel the carrots keeping some leaf stalks.
Melt chocolate in a bain-marie.
Grasp a carrot by its leaf stalks and dip it in the melted chocolate.
Drain the left-over.
Hold the carrot until chocolate sets.
Repeat as long as there are carrots and chocolate.
Carottes au chocolat
Eplucher les carottes en conservant quelques fanes.
Faire fondre le chocolat amer au bain-marie.
Saisir une carotte par ses fanes et la tremper dans le chocolat fondu.
Laisser s'égoutter le surplus.
Tenir la carotte jusqu'à ce que le chocolat ait pris.
Recommencer tant qu'il y a des carottes et du chocolat.
