Chocolate Lava Cake Recipe
This chocolate lava cake is one of the most irresistible desserts you will ever eat. Its liquid center just melts in your mouth and its so easy to make. So there's no reason you shouldn't get busy making one now. I suggest serving your lava cake with vanilla ice cream.
For your recipe you will need.
1. 6 Ounces Semi Sweet Baking Chocolate.
2. 6 Ounces of Butter At Room Temperature.
3. 3 Large Eggs.
4. 1/2 Cup Of White Sugar.
5. 1/3 Cup Self Rising Flour.
6. Butter for your Ramekins.
You want to first preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Now you want to melt your chocolate on low in a double broiler. After your chocolate is melted take off the heat and stir in your butter until it is melted.
In a separate bowl beat your eggs and sugar together very well.
Now stir in your melted chocolate and then the flour.
You will now want to butter 4 individual ramekins and pour in the chocolate batter. Cook for 10 minutes in the 350 degree preheated oven and then turn each ramekin out onto a larger plate. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream beside each lava cake and serve. This will be one of the most delicious things you will ever eat. Please note that the center of your little cakes are supposed to be molten like lava.

I bake a similar cake. It's vegan (no eggs or dairy) and called Chocolate Pudding Cake. We like it with vanilla ice cream, too! It's yummy. Makes it's own pudding in the middle.
