I decided to call Microsoft on yesterday because I was getting error messages on my computer, when I would try to verify sites on my Google Adsense account.

When I placed the call, the automated system started like usual in this day and time. I thought I would be on the phone thefor hours, before I would be able to speak to a person, but I was amazed at how fast Microsoft handled my call.

1. I was asked to chose from a number of questions pertaining to computer problems, issues, and error messages.

2. I was suprised that my problem was on the list. I picked my problem from the list. Next I was asked if I wanted to speak with an agent? of course my answer was yes.

3. The agent was on the phone with me in minutes, I explained my problem to the agent, who gave me a a case number and transferred me to a technician.

4. The techincian was on the phone with me in minutes.The techincian explained that he would have to take control of my computer, by  using Microsoft easy assistance software, which will help him to a share the control of my computer.

5. Their were several steps that I had to take to assist the technician, I was asked to type information into run.

6. Then I had to download and install the share control assistance software .

7. The technician asked me to type my name and  along with a share code into the share control software window.

8. An agreement option was next which I clicked I agree.

Then like magic, the technician took control of my computer.  I watch the technician removed over 400 unnecessary files from my computer.

My speed on  my computer automattically  increased. I asked the technician if it was time for me to buy a new computer?

The technician replied to my question, he said no, he told me that most people are prompted to buy a new computer for no reason, when they  could restore their computer. 

The techinician told me the way  to turn my computer into a brand new computer system.

He told me to purchase a junk drive and call Microsoft back, and give them my case number.

He said to tell the agent that I wanted to perform a clean install. He said that  a Microsoft  technician would assist with with the rest.

So stop payin the computer repair man hundreds of dollars by calling this  Microsoft, only if you are an internet explorer user:
