Choosing Golf Equipment
...If somebody is new in golf like me...there is a real problem to find all the proper information that we need to begin practicing the new sport. The first thing I need to do is to buy golf equipment.
Being well informed and having the knowledge of what you are looking for is the best way to save time and money
Being a biginner ther may be two wise choices.
1- to rent a set of clubs and experiment with them...
2- to buy a beginners set of clubs.
The second choice may be the wiser of the 2 because the rented clubs may be too advanced for starters.
Once you get enough practise you can invest in better quality and more advanced equipment.
A basic set includes a driver, one or two fairway woods, 4 - 9 irons, a wedge and a putter.
Good idea is to test them out, choose wisely in what you feel most comfortable with according to your individual taste...
As for choosing the best balls to suit your needs, you can follow the advice on the back of the box. Practise will allow you to narrow down your choices to improve your accuracy and distance. Who knows, you may become the next Tiger Wodds !!!
It is Never Too Late to Get Back in the Game!
So what is holding you back? Is it your age? Jack Nicholas is in his 60's and he is still playing pro golf. I know it is because you have played for as many years as Jack Nicholas. So all you need is maybe a few lessons, some pointers, and practice. The best thing about most things in life is it is never too late to start. All you need is some determination and the love of the game. Maybe you have been thinking about playing again, but you are afraid you will be the only one on the course of your age group.
