Every girl has a favorite cosmetics brand. For me, I have a few favorite cosmetic brands. One of them is most definitely Christian Dior Cosmetics! Dior cosmetics is probably most famous for their incredible mascara. I am sort of embarrassed to admit it, but I probably own at least 12 mascaras from various brands. Three of which are from Dior’s Diorshow mascara line. Out of the makeup line comes one of my absolute makeup essentials – mascara. I wear it daily and never leave the house without it. One of my favorite features of Dior's mascara is that unlike other mascaras, I never have to scrape of goops of mascara with an eyelash brush after application. This mascara is gob free which is great for contact lens wearers like me who can't afford to get any mascara in their eyes!

So what’s my favorite Dior mascara out of the three? Most definitely the best mascara seller of all-time: Dior Diorshow Mascara. The mascara that started it all! This mascara is described by Sephora as a 'cult-fave'. And that it is.

This mascara is available in waterproof or regular and I own the regular in black. If black isn't your first choice, Diorshow Mascara comes in the following colors: Black, Chestnut, Azure Blue and Plum. So, you can definitely get creative with your look and play up your eyes with gorgeous, deep colors.

This mascara retails for around $26 but it does it all - curls, lengthens, maximizes, you name it. To me, I'd rather spend $26 for one mascara as opposed to trying out 4 or 5 for $8 each at my local Rite Aid. You'll get the eyelashes that are featured on Maybelline and Covergirl commercials, except you'll be using a product that actually works. I don't even curl my eyelashes and am really impressed with the results - it's up to you if you want really dramatic curls or not, but either way, this mascara will curl your lashes for you.

The next Dior mascara that is a favorite of mine are their Iconic products (available in waterproof or regular). This mascara retails for around $30 and is available in the following colors: Noir, Chesnut and Navy Blue. I own the chestnut, however my friend who owns it in Noir wasn't entirely impressed with the color. Noir would imply black, however if you want an awesome black mascara, you definitely want to check out Dior Diorshow's Blackout mascara.The Noir color for Iconic isn't as black as most mascara fans would expect.

The brush on this mascara is really awesome. It is a really thick brush, comprised of tiny little plastic bristles. These bristles perfectly coat, lift and separate each and every eyelash.

This mascara is a true, deep, dark black. It doesn't thicken lashes as much as the original Dior Diorshow mascara, but it definitely does elongate them. I'd recommend this product for someone who already has fairly thick lashes, but is in need of length. The brush is smaller than other Dior mascaras and helps create a really open-eyed look. Your eyes will look huge! For now, I believe this one is only available in black. Dior Diorshow Black Out mascara retails for around $24.00.
