Theres no better time of the year than christmas.  Christmas is a time to celebrate the birth of our lord jesus and it is also an excuse for the family to get together.  If your families like mine then christmas is the only time you get to see everyone around the dinner table at once.   There is alot of kiddos in my family and instead of them being spoilt with all the latest toys to hit the stores we choose to keep it simple and just give them and orange, a nut and apple.  Occasionally if they have been especially good that year we may throw in a pair of socks into their stocking.  But only if they have been extra good!!!  Just kidding, on top of the expensive toys santa gets them we have to make them understand the true meaning of christmas.  I find christmas coloring pages can be a great way for them to learn.  Not only do they have fun coloring them in they get to learn all about the 3 kings, baby jesus e.t.c   I personally love to read them stories about christmas whilst they are coloring in, both parent and child can get an immense amount of fun and enjoyment from coloring pages.
