Christmas Dinner Menus

Christmas dinner menus can be from traditional or semi-traditional to contemporary. They also don't have to be so elaborate that you don't have time to do anything else but prepare, cook, bake, serve, and clean up. How is that fun for you? Be sure to select a menu that also allows for you to have quality time to spend with your family and other guests - and to relax a little as well. Speaking of relaxing, be sure to send out invitations the easy way. Post your fellowship date, time, requests, and anything else you need quickly, easily, and for free right here on Eventslisted.com. Get your replies online as well.

A good suggestion would be to list your Christmas dinner menu, identify the main course and anything else you are preparing as being taken care of by you, and ask others to sign up to bring other dishes and desserts. Let them pick and choose themselves what they'd like to bring. Everyone will be able to see the list, so it will be easy as Christmas pie. Speaking of food, let's get back to the Christmas dinner menu. What do you think is the main dish on a traditional Christmas dinner menu? Well, ham of course. Come on. Everyone knows that. Take a look for yourself:

Semi-Traditional to Contemporary Christmas Dinner Menus

The below are non-traditional, contemporary main dishes, but when served with traditional side dishes or desserts, the menu then becomes "semi-traditional."

  • Roast Chicken
  • Rack of Lamb
  • Salmon steaks
  • Roast Pork
  • Roast Beef Tenderloin
  • Prime Rib
  • Sirloin Steak with mushroom tips

After the Christmas Menu, Set the Table for Christmas Dinner

Whatever Christmas dinner menu you decide on, and whatever decorations you use, just remember, it's more about the fellowship and the meaning of the season, than the food and decorations. Don't put yourself out so much that you can't enjoy the fellowship with your guests and definitely don't leave yourself without being able to have some downtime. One way to make things easier on you is to post your Christmas dinner information and send out the invitations online. Save yourself a world of trouble messing around with handwriting everything and trying to send in the mail by a certain time. Do so at Events Listed. Post for free, manage your guest list, and personalize it. That's a great Christmas gift right there. Happy cooking and Merry Christmas!
