• Who Am I? -- When your guests come in, give them big hugs while placing labels on their backs of different Christmas characters. Everyone can see who everyone else is; they just can't see who they are. They have to continuously ask each other questions until they figure out who they are.
• Reindeer Tail Tag -- get your guest in a few lines and have them make chains, meaning they hold on to each other either at the waist or elbows. The last person has a reindeer tail attached. You try to steal each other's reindeer tails while protecting your own. The last group with a tail wins.

Christmas Party Ideas

• House to House - instead of having the entire party at one house, have it at several. Have appetizers one house, the main course at the next, and dessert at the last. Play games and/or exchange gifts at the dessert house.
• Candy Cane Pass - get your guests in even number groups and in straight lines. They have to hold four candy canes in-between their fingers and pass them from back to front. First group to get all four candy canes up front, without breakage, wins.

Holiday Games

• Family Olympics - mimic the Winter Olympic games as much as you can. Assign certain family members to certain events and compete against each other.
• Gingerbread Man Relay Race - divide your guest into even groups and give each a gingerbread man. The teams stand on the other side of the yard from each other and race the gingerbread back and forth until the last person completes. First team done wins. "You can't catch me, I'm the Gingerbread Man!"

Holiday Ideas

• Christmas Angel Bird Feeders - take some flat pastries or tortillas and make them angel shaped. Place a string at the very top. Spread peanut butter over one side and sprinkle bird seed on the peanut butter. Go hang from the trees and help feed the birds.
• Cocoa Commotion - you supply the cocoa mugs and your guests supply the cocoa. You can get inexpensive plastic mugs at the dollar store and with everyone bringing different flavors of cocoa, all will get to indulge and have a great time. Have a few sweet snacks and some music.
