42Fearing Christmas For All The Food And Drinks?
Christmas! What a time to be had. All the food that you could stuff your face with.
Its great, just one party after the other. But what about those people who are on diet or those about to go on diets?
I have never been one for dieting as it can only last for so long and then you fall of the wagon.
Keeping healthy is lifetstyle and if you keep fit and healthy, then there's no need to diet really as most things will be done in moderation and your weight will be under control.
My job keeps in pretty good shape but at times I am lazy and I cannot be bothered to exercise, those times are just around the corner. Yeah Christmas. I just want to enjoy and not worry too much about weight gain either.
Although I do take exercise, sometimes it's just too cold. So after all those parties and drinking how do I maintain a general healthy weight?
A slight trick I have is to take Proactol, which absorbs a percentage of the fat from those rich seasonal treats which I can't resist. This maintained with a bit of exercise twice a week ensures that I am overly bloated over the periods.
Obviously for those on diets, this is great because you can eat a bit more without worrying about putting on too much weight at the same time.
So that's how I enjoy my Christmas treats without too much of a worry
