Phoenix Rising

This is another super quality website and an incredible information resource for people who suffer with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and its variants sometimes referred to as "Myalgic Encephalomyelitis" (especially in the UK) and "Post-viral Fatigue Syndrome". The subject of Fibromyalgia is also addressed. There are many informative research articles and other benefits that can be experienced on this websie, including a free newsletter that is also offered. If you have one of these syndromes, you must take advantage of this wonderful website!

SleepyDust.net

This website is one of the best on the web in educating the public about Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Myalgic Encephalomyelitis and Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome. The lady who created the website, a CFS/ME patient herself, also has a free E-Magazine, of which I have benefited from over the past two years. The website has lots of useful educational tools to inform the public about these syndromes that seriously affect the quality-of-life of those who suffer them.

The sleepydust.net website has produced a video, just over nine minutes long, on the subject of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) and Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) and is very informative in educating about these serious illnesses that affect millions of people worldwide. Go to the video via the link below and learn about these syndromes and about the symptoms they cause.
