Here’s the chronological development of a baby that will give us the true picture and knowledge on how life conceived.

I) FIRST WEEK (1st Month)

a)      The sex of the baby can be determined

b)      The genetic traits are also determined

c)      The embryo travels from the fallopian tube to the uterus of the mother.


One Month

II) SECOND WEEK (1st Month)

a)      The Fertilized egg is implanted on the wall of mother’s uterus

b)      The placenta of the baby develops

III) THIRD WEEK (1st Month)

a)      The heart of the baby begins to develop, 18-25 days.

b)      The brain of baby begins to develop.

c)      The intestinal tract of the baby begins to develop.

IV) FOURTH – FIFTH WEEKS (1st Month)

a)      The vertebra of the baby begins to develop.

b)      The blood circulation flow begins.

c)      The eyes of the baby begin to develop.

d)      The arms and legs also begins to develop

e)      The formation of the umbilical cord begins.


TWO MONTHS

V) SIXTH WEEK (1st -2nd Months)

a)      The fingers and the toes appear

b)      The nose and ears start to develop.

c)      The joints are also developing.

VI) SEVENTH WEEK (1st -2nd Months)-

a)      All the essential organs of the baby are developing.

b)      The eyelids of the eyes start forming.

VII) EIGHT WEEK (2nd Month)

a)      The muscle contraction occurs.

b)      The facial features become more prominent

c)      The heart of the baby has already four chambers.


THREE MONTHS

VIII) NINTH – TWELVETH WEEKS (2nd – 3rd Month)

a)      The baby grows in about 3 inches long.

b)      The neck of the baby develops

c)      The arms and legs of the baby begin to lengthen.

d)      The genitals of the baby are now well defined.


FOUR MONTHS

IX) THIRTENTH – SIXTENTH WEEKS (3rd – 4th Month)

a)      The baby is now about 6 inches in length

b)      The hair of the baby begins to develop.

c)      The baby is now moving inside.

d)      The lungs of the baby begin to develop.

e)      If the baby is female, the ovaries contain about 2 million eggs.

f)        The face of the baby is now more developed.

g)      The baby now can suck its thumb.


FIVE MONTHS

X) SEVENTENTH – TWENTIETH WEEKS (4th – 5th Month)

a)      The baby is now about 8 inches long.

b)      The eyebrows of the baby have formed.

c)      The nails on fingers and toes were also formed.

d)      The movement of the baby can now be felt by the mother.

e)      The circulatory system of the baby is now working.

f)        The baby can also swallow.


SIX MONTHS

XI) TWENTY FIRST – TWENTY FOURTH WEEKS (5th – 6th Month)

a)      The baby is now about 11 inches long

b)      The baby may weighs about 1.5 pounds

c)      The baby’s fingerprints formed.

d)      The baby can hear and react to sounds from outside the mother’s womb.


SEVEN MONTHS

XII) TWENTY FIFTH – TWENTY EIGHT WEEKS (6th – 7th Months)

a)      The baby is now about 15 inches long

b)      The baby may weighs about 2.5 pounds

c)      The baby’s survivability outside the mother’s womb is possible.

d)      The baby can now react to the light from the outside of mother’s womb.

XIII) TWENTY NINTH –THIRTY SECOND WEEKS (7th – 8th Months)

a)      The baby is now about 16 inches long

b)      The baby may weighs about 4.5 pounds

c)      All the bones of the baby are now fully developed.


EIGHT MONTHS

NINE MONTHS

XIV) THIRTY THIRD – FORTIETH WEEKS (8th – 9th Months)

a)      The baby is now about 18 – 21 inches long

b)      The baby may weighs about 6 - 8 pounds

c)      The baby is now ready to be born.

d)      The baby’s sleeping patterns are apparent.

e)      The baby’s strong movement is very apparent.
