My circus
My circus is...
laughter, happiness, love.
It is joy and heartbreak,
tears and pain,
emotion and need.
My circus is bright smiles and dirty hands,
fitful slumbers and peaceful Sundays.
It is the eagerness and the procrastination,
the angelic moments and evil thoughts.
Laughter. Fun. Dramatic.
My circus is the good and the bad,
the simple and the complex.
It is the moments we treasure and the times we can't wait to forget.
It is the sweet sound of silence and the rambunctious noise of excitement.
The ups, downs and in betweens.
The sights, the smells, the sounds.
Everything coming together and the pieces that are left out.
It is where talent and fear and anxiety all mingle,
where struggles and demons clash with hope and passion.
My circus holds questions and answers and curiosities,
it is the force behind me and the life within me.
My circus is me.
My circus is myself.
My circus is my life.

I think my circus is nuttin but a monkey show on the trapeze.
:) all I know is my house at the end of the day always seems to resemble the bleachers after the circus is over...cups left on every surface and food everywhere lol
