Cirque Du Freak is a series of 12 books by Darren Shan. The Vampire's Assistant is the new blockbuster movie that will be in theaters on October 23rd. It is the story about a vampire, Larten Crepsley who recruits a 14-year-old boy (Darren Shan) to be his half-vampire assistant.
It is really popular with teens everywhere. It has everything that kids love like spiders and warewolfs and of course vampires. My son has been reading these books over the last few years.

Great hub! I think I will watch this movie and read the stories. Vampires and other supernatural heroes seem to be the popular thing now. I even wrote a hub on the Twilight New Moon movie, which has vampires and werewolves, coming out November 19th. - Carol

I like the name and the sound track seems to be very good. Even though I´m not a big fan of this kind of stories I´ll be looking forward to watch this one ;)
