Citizen's diving watches are all about the function. Divers' watches, Aqualand or Promaster, include a depth display, dive time, maximum depth and water temperature display, and additional modes and warning signals – all of which make the dangerous enterprise of diving safer and, ultimately, more enjoyable.

The lines offer watches that differ significantly in appearance, some models relying on a strictly electronic dial, while others combine mechanic and electronic technology. Citizen used titanium and other metals to encase all these features into corrosion resistant timepieces. Those made of titanium were “tamed” to create a sleek look that makes the watch presentable above water as well.
