Class Action Lawsuit

There are many agregious events in which take place each day which are not right. At times, something must be done. In order to accomplish a task which is great, group support typically wins out.

The State of Florida has toll roads. Some of these toll roads, such as the Polk Parkway have two options for drivers to pay. One option is to use Sun Pass or another form of electronic payment system. The other form is exact change only.

The problem with exact change only is many times one does not have exact change. They are forced with a predicament. They can either over pay where they will never see the extra change again or they can under pay and receive a ticket in the mail where they will be forced to pay the toll plus an extra $25 fine.

While this seems like a small amount of money (change) it adds up in both the states pocket and your pocket.

We need at least 100 individuals to participate in a class action law suit against the state of Florida to force the opportunity for us not to be forced to over pay or receive a heft fine.
