Growing up in Cleveland, Ohio in the midst of football country, my family like many others is full of loyal Cleveland sports fans.  When there is a Cleveland Browns, Cavaliers or Indians game on television, we are watching it.

My brother is the biggest sports fan in the family.  He is in fantasy sports leagues for all three major league sports--baseball, basketball, and football and has been for years.  He is also a collector of Cleveland sports memorabilia.  There is one entire room in his house dedicated to Cleveland sports, and he just keeps adding to his collection.

Clevelanders support their teams through thick and thin, and the Cleveland Indians have really had their ups and downs over the years.  We have had some fantastic players in Cleveland, and some dismal ones.

One of my personal favorite Cleveland Indians baseball players is Jim Thome, who is no longer here in Cleveland, but he is remembered fondly here.  For baseball fans, Cleveland is the training ground for several of the truly great players, pitchers and well as outfielders and infielders.

In the past several years, the Cleveland Cavaliers have been a contending team.  There are several great players with the most outstanding being LeBron James.  This year with the addition of Shaquille O'Neal, the Cleveland Cavaliers should be even more exciting to watch.

It seems like the Cavaliers have come just short of making it all the way in the last few years.  This year with the addition of Shaquille O'Neal the team will have an entire new synergy.  What do you think the addition of Shaq will do to the success of the team?  If nothing else, it should be fun to watch.
