Cloud Meditation For Stressed People
69Choose Your Place
First of all you need to find a suitable to practise your cloud meditation. Ideally you should be outside, in a quiet spot where you won't be disturbed. Laying on the grass looking up at the sky is perfect.
During cold weather it isn't always possible to do this, but you can position yourself where you get a good, clear view of the sky from a window.
Chose your place, make yourself comfortable and let your mind wander as you gaze at the clouds.
Relax And Let Go
As you look at the clouds, breath in a slow, regular pattern and let any thought that come into your mind float away. Acknowledge them and let them go.
You will feel yourself relaxing and all the stresses of the day will melt away. Draw yourself inwards so that you feel as though you are going back inside your own mind and body. This pulls the unit back together again. Mind, Body and Spirit are one again.
Open your mind to what ever comes into into but don't allow yourself to focus on problems. Watch the clouds and let them direct your thoughts. Concentrate on their shapes and what they suggest to you.

The minute I saw your title and the picture with it, my breathing slowed down and relaxed. Lovely.
Thanks for the comments. i'm glad you both liked the pictures. The second one looks like a rabbit!
Wonderful post, and the second one certainly does look like a rabbit. Have not heard of this before, but will certainly try it.Just looking at those picures is very relaxing.

I can't wait to try this out! Just looking at the pictures on here has me relaxed! Great article!!
You can take the cloud meditation relaxation one step further if you have the ocean or a swimming pool available. I love floating on my back and watching the clouds. Makes me feel like I'm part of the universe which we are but usually don't recognize our connection.
This is a very inspirational post. Thank you for it. maybe you can include audio in the hub too.
