Co Q10 and its affect on your heart, cholesterol, and immune system.

Things are so crazy and busy these days, anything the can be doe to help us get through the day has to be an improvement. The pace of every day life is pretty frantic. There never seems to be enough time to get things done during the day, or enough time at night to get the sleep we need to persevere through the next day. Eventually, things catch up with us, and we end up either sick, or a mere shadow of our former selves.

Nutrition combined with getting decent amounts of sleep, and a few nutritional supplements are essential tools in coping with all of lifes little obstacles. Nobody is that important, that they need to have their game face on 24 hours a day. Unfortunately, there are times when we just can't stop for a break when we need it, and at those times a little extra assistance can be invaluable.

Co-enzyme Q10 which is often called Co Q10 is definitely one of those little helpers.. Nutritionally speaking, it's a bit of a anomaly in this world of over-hyped one fix pills, as it really does what it promises. At least that's what the medical studies and trials are suggesting. Antioxidants is a term we've all heard plenty of these days, and CoQ10 is one of them.  It's one of the best weapons the body can use against the oxidative process.

Anti-Oxidant is closing related to the word oxidation, in that the process is similar to rusting. Except in this case, it is our bodies that are rusting (or aging) often in ways that mother nature never intended for it to do. While everybody has to age (better than the alternative), that doesn't mean you should just accept the somewhat unnatural influences our modern society has on the aging process.

I'm sure you all hear plenty of ancedontal stories about the seventy or eight year olds who swim everyday, or run marathons.  While some credit has to be given to winning the genetic lottery, a lot of it has to do with a healthy lifestyle, nutrition, and exercise. They likely ingested a lot of  anti-oxidants, didn't smoke, and were never obese.

Co Q10 is currently being touted as one of the strongest anti-oxidants we know of. It's really pretty super duper stuff. It works very efficiently with the mitochondria cell that produce energy. It basically helps the mitochondria behave in a manner that would suggest a much younger cell structure.

Taking adequate doses of Co Q10 should result in much improved physical health for anyone. If that wasn't enough, it minimizes damage of the heart blood vessels from the bad cholesterol's. Additionally,  the immune system is strengthened to further combat diseases normally associated with aging..

Recent medical research leads one to believe, that Co Q10 may be an ally in the battle against breast cancer combined with other treatments. Anything that can boost the immune system, tackle LDL cholesterol, and help strengthen blood vessels around the heart, sounds like something I want to know a little more about.
