Singapore Sling

• 1 ½ jig. Gin
• ½ jig Peter Heering (Danish liqueur)
• ½ jig lemon juice
• ½ jig. Grenadine syrup
• 1 bottle soda water
• 1 slice orange
• 1 pc. Cherry

Procedure: Pour all ingredients into a Collins glass with ice and fill the glass with soda water. Stir thoroughly and garnish with a sliced orange and cherry. Serve with straw.

Vodka Martini:

• 1 ½ jig. Vodka
• 1/3 Barspoon dry vermouth
• 1 pc. Green olive

Procedure: Stir gently in a mixing glass with ice and strain into a pre-chilled martini glass. Garnish with green olive.

Screw Driver:

• 1 jig. Vodka
• Orange juice

Procedure: Pour vodka into a high ball glass with ice and add orange juice. Serve with stirrer.

Daquiri

• 1 jig rum
• ½ jig. Lemon juice
• ½ jig. Syrup
• 1 pc. Cherry

Procedure: Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a pre-chilled champagne glass. Garnish with red cherry.

Bacardi Cocktail:

• 1 jig. Rum
• ½ jig. Lemon juice
• ½ jig Grenadine syrup

Procedure: Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a pre-chilled champagne glass.

Rum Punch:

• 1 ½ jig. Dark Rum
• ½ jig. Triple sec
• 1 jig. Orange juice
• 1 jig. Pineapple juice
• 1 pc. Sliced orange
• 1 pc. Red Cherry

Procedure: Pour ingredients into a Collins glass with finely chopped ice. Stir well and garnish with sliced orange and cherry. Serve with straw.

Zombie:

• 2 jig. Dark Rum
• ¼ Lemon juice
• ½ jig. Orange juice
• 1 jig. Pineapple juice
• ½ jig. Papaya nectar

Procedure: Pour all ingredients (except the papaya nectar into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Pour into a Collins glass. Top the drink with papaya nectar and ½ jig dark rum.

Mai Tai:

• 2 jigger Dark Rum
• 2 jiggers Pineapple Juice
• 1 jig. Orange juice
• ¼ jig. Lemon juice
• ¼ jig. Grenadine Syrup
• ½ jig. Triple sec.
• 1 sliced pineapple
• 1 pc. Cherry

Procedure: Pour all ingredients into a double old-fashioned glass with ice. Stir thoroughly. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry. Serve with straw.

Whisky Sour:

• 1 jig Bourbon
• ½ jig. Lemon Juice
• ½ jig. Simple Syrup
• 1 pc. Sliced Orange
• 1 pc. Cherry

Procedure: Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a pre-chilled whisky sour glass. Garnish with sliced orange and cherry.

Sangria:

• 2 jig. Red Wine
• ¼ jig Brandy
• ¼ jig lime juice
• ¼ jig. Grenadine syrup
• 2 jig. Orange juice
• 1 bottle soda
• 1 pc. Lemon slice

Procedure: Pour ingredients into a goblet with ice. Fill with soda water. Drop a slice of lemon into the drink. Stir well,

Margarita:

• 1 jig Tequila
• ½ jig Triple sec.
• ½ Lemon Juice
• 1 slice Lemon

Procedure: Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a salt-rimmed margarita glass with crushed ice. Let a slice of lemon float.

Tequila Sunrise:

• 1 jig. Tequila
• ¼ jig. Grenadine Syrup
• Orange juice
• 1 slice orange
• 1 pc. Cherry

Procedure: Pour ingredients into a highball glass except Grenadine syrup. Fill it with orange juice. Without stirring pour slowly Grenadine syrup. Garnish with a slice of orange and a cherry.

Shirley Temple:

• ¼ jig. Grenadine
• 1 bottle 7-up
• Slice orange
• Cherry

Procedure: Stir thoroughly. Garnish with sliced orange and a cherry with a straw on a Collin glass.
