Coffee flavor frosting. I love coffee so this is one of my favorites.

I made this again the other night and had forgorrten how good it was. And so easy took no time at all. This is a great recipe.

One (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature

2 tablespoons evaporated milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/8 teaspoon salt

2 cups confectioners’ sugar

4 teaspoons instant coffee or ground espresso beans

In a medium bowl beat together the cream cheese and evaporated milk until smooth.

Beat in the vanilla, salt, sugar, and coffee until spreading consistency
