Coffee makes you fat?

Right across the world people are enjoying their different brews. When you wake up in the morning, at morning meeting and at night leasuring with friends coffee gets enjoyed. At any coffee machines and at home there is a variety of coffees to choose from. Coffee on its own does not contain any kilojoules but it is what you add to your favorite brew is what makes the difference. The extras are milk syrup, cream, chocolate, cacao and many more secrete ingredients. If you are watching your weight and diabetics signs symptoms then it is also time to watch your coffee in take.

 Filter Coffee With 1 x teaspoon sugar, 1 part creamy milk and 4 parts

 If you are on a diabetic diet plan think before your indulge your self.

  • Use the diabetic diet method to trade off food in different groups. If you can’t go with out your 3 café lattes per day, cut 2 slices of bread to stay with in energy consumption range
  • Use smaller cups when enjoying your favorite coffee, you will still get your fix with less kilojoules.
  • Use sweeteners instead of sugar. 1 x Teaspoon contains 81 kilojoules

There are other ways also to cut down on your kilojoules intake, like just use low fat milk or removing the cream. Removing the extra’s like chocolate sprinkle on top is another method to cut kilojoules but it is also coming closer to cutting your personal pleasure.
