I was charged too. I tried to call several times and told my wait would be less than 2 min. Then I was told to hold for next available and wait time was over 10 min. Colon 3000 and Acaiberry are both scam companies that even if you can get through to cancel, they don't acknowledge it. I've been charged over $160 by each company. I never authorized any membership only a Free trial and shipping charge under $4.00. Should have known better! When a web site business does not post a direct e-mail link and business phone number that works...it's baloney. Warn your friends that "free" in this case is a royal pain in the a**! Irony is the experience is not helping me burn fat but it is raising my bloodpressure! Infuriating.

I just spoke to a rep. from the colon Cleanser company. I was charged the $83.95 also. His reply to the charge is that if you don't contact them within 14 days to cancel, they send out a order and charge you. Also, according to the company, its in the Terms & Conditions. Has anyone read this?
Annett, the information IS in the Terms & Conditions, but I had to hunt all over their website to find it. I have not ordered any -- was considering it, but wanted to find out as much as I could before I placed an order. I read the Terms & Conditions and there is what is called a "negative condition" which means they can charge you automatically for a renewed order UNLESS you cancel before they make the charge. (Record clubs and book clubs used to do this ... some still do). I have tried to call their toll-free number, which appears in very small, faded type at the bottom of their website, but I keep getting a recording that there will be a wait of more than 10 minutes.
Big scam dont get the free sample. It says you have 14 days but thats not true the day you order is when the 14 days starts. So by the time you get it in the mail you would be lucky if you have 10 days to return it by then its to late your out $84. I made a report with the BBB hope they can help. TOTAL SCAM BUYER BEWARE.

Your credir card company can refuse payment to these companies. Just give them a call and explain what is happening. My credit card company actually refused payment the first time Colon Cleanse and Acai Berry tried to charge me, so my trials were actually free. Thank you credit card company.

Well, call me dumb. I thought I read those "free" offers carefully--apparently not careful enough to avoid the scam. Contacted Acai yesterday. Got new shipments cancelled (well, theoretically!) I was on hold for over an hour--for the first half hour there was just silence so you'll think you really don't have a connection and hang up. Then there started being recordings that someone would be with me in a few minutes. Was told basically, "tough shit, you agreed when you accepted the free offer." It was my understanding that I was being billed for a new supply--"representative" said I could return for full refund. Now Colon cleanse was even more interesting--was told that the bill was for the free sample (which isn't free). If it wasn't returned within 14 days, I had to pay for it. Now today my debit card has been charged an additional $2.72 by Colon Cleanse--details say it is a charge for doing business with a FOREIGN entity. The colon cleanse rep. knew nothing about that. You folks who used a credit card at least have a chance of keeping your money. I used a debit card and Bank of America has given me a gigantic run around, saying that if colon cleanse or whomever says I agreed, then I agreed. Some fellow in India (customer service) told me to cancel my debit card so more charges couldn't be paid. Moral of the story folks is that if you give an online entity your debit card number, they can basically do whatever they want. At least BOA won't go to bat for you.
The theives just stole $127.00 from my account thru their deceptive web site. I went immediately to my account on the internet and they had already ripped me off for $127.00 plus a charge of $4.95 for shipping on my (free) order. Don't mess with these theives. Written 4:25 am Thursday Morning. Waiting till daybreak to call these theives. Already Blocked My new credit card. I'm just breaking it in with My first Transaction. (Transactions). i had gotten the colon cleanse and the acai berry weight loss system. they both try to scam you. i did get my money back from the acai berry people, but i cannot get a hold of the colon cleanse ppl. i cancelled my bank accounts which puts me in a bind plus i have been charged 83.00 dollars already that i am probably not going to see again. at least thats what my bank told me when i was filling out an affidavit to try getting my money back from this bogus colon cleanse company. i have a negative balance in my account now because of this and have to pay a 30 dollar overdraft fee to my account.. this is all a bunch of bullshit and i am tired of being taken advantage of. i have already reported this site and i am going to take much further action to put these ppl. out of commission.

In my opinion, many of the comments are unjustified...before we order anything, READ the fine print. As consumers, we have to take responsibility for our purchase decisions...the Company clearly states this is 1) a monthly commitment 2) that your credit card will be billed WITHOUT specific notification 3) this is a 14 day Trial Offer. Moreover, when the product is received, the paperwork re-states the terms.... so, it would seem, if you feel as though you have been deceived, perhaps, some of the 'outrage' should be directed at yourself rather than the company....it is NOT their fault if you do not take the time to READ all of the terms/conditions. So, I ordered this colon cleanse free trial two days ago. I then logged onto my bank account and realized I was being charged the $1.95 and then a separate $127.00 charge. I could not find the number for the company anywhere so I called my bank and asked them to do a stop payment. It worked, but then a couple hours later they just charged my account again. So I found this website and found the number for the company b/c I couldn't remember the name of the product to begin with and called the company and was told that since the payment already posted I couldn't get a refund and that they don't do refunds. I was charged the 39.95 at the same time I was charged the shipping, and I didn't recieve the product until almost 14 days after I placed the order. Buyer beware, you can not believe what you read! This is a unexcusable and unethical SCAM!
I am very disappointed in all the people that took the time to complain on this blog but did nothing about it. I just filed my BBB complaint, and there are only 9 complaints. It is so easy to do! Just search the Better Business Bureau website for www.coloncleanse3000.com, follow the instructions and enter your info. Here is the info I entered, you can just copy what applies or edit to fit your case.
On 7/14/09 I was charged authorized payments of $4.95 and $3.95 for 30 day free trials of the Colon Cleanse 3000 and Acai Berry Detox. The Colon Cleanse 3000 was purchased using the following website http://www.coloncleanse3000.com/order2.php. On the same day I was also charged an unauthorized $39.95 for 'ANTIOX BERRY.'
On 7/16/09 I called to dispute the 39.95 charge and also requested my account be cancelled. I was told a refund would be submitted.
On 7/28/09 I called because a refund was not processed. I was told that I had to return the Colon Cleanse 3000 product or empty bottle to receive a refund. I explained that this was not the terms that I had agreed to when I placed the order. She was adamant that a refund would not be processed unless I returned the bottle. The representative confirmed my accounts for both products had been closed on 7/16/09.
On 7/29/08 I was charged an unauthorized $83.95 for 'DIET500TRIAL.' On 7/30/09 I called to dispute this because my accounts were closed and I did not order additional products. I was told the charge did not originate from the purchases above and the company did not have any product costing $83.95. I do not believe this as I never ordered 'diet products' before these online and the agreement on website clearly indicates a cost of $83.95. I was also told that the $39.95 charged on 7/14/09 was for a Life Cleanse product I purchased based on a call I received from this company, not the Colon Cleanse 3000 as I was informed on 7/28/09. I explained that I never authorized a purchase of additional products over the phone, nor have I received any additional products.
I was just scammed out of forty dollars by some company after I was gonna try the cleanser for a trial offer of 1.95 and then another transaction occured for the 40.00. I never could get a person on the phone only auto service after I tried to cancel this product they informed me that the 1.95 would be forwarded back to my account but nothing of the 40.00 I am so sick and tired of these kind of butts taking money as if it is their. Can't we file some type of lawsuit against these fraudulent companies to recoup our monies. My bank was told to block any more transactions on my account and I look forward into receiving another card with everything different. I am boiling mad!!!

God what a joke! i charged for this crap on my boyfriends debit card thinking it was only 4.95. Boy was i wrong. Now all kinds of charges are on his account. He is so mad. So am I. What I don't understand is that on the label it says, do not use for more then seven days in a row, so......... why do we get a monthly bottle? Are they just charging us one time or do they charge us monthly and they will continue to send us more bottles. How often are we suppose to take this product per month or even per year?

I ordered the trial offer thinking I had a free bottle coming for me to try this product that I had read was so wonderful. HAD NO IDEA I was becoming a member of something and was going to be charged $83.95 every month and a new bottle of product. The product first of all made me very sick with a constant upset stomach. Who knows what it really is anyway. I cannot believe I was silly enough to be taken. I did read the terms but apparently did not read them throughly enough to understand what I was getting myself into. So, once I saw the charge on my bank account I freaked out and called them first thing this morning only to get "network failure call later" over and over. Finally, after reading through many of these postings I used a number somone left and got a hold on someone after waiting an 1 hour 8 minutes. Steve seemed sincere that I first off was very sick from their product and second could not and did not want to afford $83.95 per month for something I cannot use. So, he agreed to refund me $64.00 and cancel my order going forward and agreed I would not be charged again. After an hour of not receiving an email confirmation of my cancelled membership I called again and another hour later I got Oscar how could not find anything under my name at first and then found me in the system and confirmed I was cancelled and a refund would come in 3-5 business days and my membership was cancelled. I will wait to see if I get my refund and will wait to see if at the end of August I get charged again. If I do, at that time I can contact my bank again and dispute the charges because I cancelled the membership. The bank said there was nothing they could do because I agreed to the terms and conditions so I had to reach the supplier and cancel before they could help me. Now I have documentation from the company stating I am cancelled so I hope everything is ok now. BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A HUGE SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. They have several company names set up and several hundred phone numbers to call. BAD, BAD, BAD. Sucks that we have people like this out there taking advantage of people to make a living for themselves. CROOKS!!!!!!!

This whole website on Colon Cleanse 3000 and Acai Berry Detox is a scam. The thing to do is to first notify your credit card company through a written dispute form (pickup at any bank that your card is through), fill it out and submit it challenging the charges made. Make sure to place comments within the form that you did or did not receive any product, and that no where within the ordering screen did it say that you had to call in and cancel this "FREE" sample at anytime. You may even have to cancel your credit card entirely, and transfer the balances over to a new card. Next, go online to the Federal Bureau of Investigation's IC3 form (Internet Crimes), and file their online form. There are several federal agencies that do investigate scams like these. Thirdly, since these foreign based scam companies are using links to CBS, and other famous American news organizations, every person who has been taken should send in an email to these news agencies alerting them to do a news story on these products since there are so many of us. Eventually they will become a major news story which will ultimately ruin their little program of ripping hard working people off.

SOLUTION: Go to the whole food stores, a local GNC, WalMart, Walgrens and get AcaiBerry and Colon 3000 and stop trying to get everything for FREE! When I see the word FREE, I know to run the other way! We know that "NOTHING IN LIFE IS FREE".....not even LOVE these days. Hope everything works out for everybody.
This is a total rip off. Stay away! No customer service, company address I got from their supervisor is a PO Box at Mail Box Etc in Scottsdale. He told me it was their physical address and the mafg was in the same building. No one will give me their real address or any name to contact or company head.

I did get my refund but it took 3 phone calls. It took about 3 weeks all said and done. They credited my acct the full 83.95. Don't give up keep trying eventually they will give your money back. Call this number 1-877-548-1457

I agree with everyone here: this company is a scam! I called to cancel during the trial period, since this did NOT provied ANY of the benefits it claimed! They charged me for a full shipment ANYWAY for $84, and refused to refund my money, although I still have not received the product. They want a copy of phone records to prove that I called to cancel the order! The representative who answered the phone, “Michael,” claimed that his whole job for this company was to answer complaint calls, not to give refunds. He insisted that they DO NOT give refunds!! Terrible company to do business with!

Tried to cancel within trial period and couldn't get through to anyone to cancel. I have now been charged for 2 shipments that I haven't even received. 83.95 both times. I have arranged with my bank to do charge backs and their working on that for me. I am not complaining and didn't believe the product was "free" but when you want to cancel you should be able to without being charged. And you shouldn't be charged for something until you at least receive it. According the ACIBERRY I have a shipment that was sent the 5th of August and I still don't have it but was charged on August 6th.

He put me on hold and because i wanted to speak to a manager, and he has yet to come back online. yeah, this is how the scam works. 14 day trial from the order date, then they wait 14 days to ship out the order (hopes you forget, which most of us do) then they charge your account. That made me look at the article again with new eyes. On the website where I saw about the Acai Berry Breeze and Colon Cleanse 3000, it was presented as if from the desk of the "New Daily Herald". I cannot find anything on google where such a publication exists, so everything about this article seems to be bogus. And for those people who are preaching that those who feel scammed only have themselves to blame, shame on you. Because even those who did read the terms and conditions and followed everything to the letter, tried the product and got no result, or never received the product at all and now are unable to reach anyone, are dealing with rude representatives, are being hung up on, having to resort to cancelling credit cards, or if they used debit cards having their accounts go into the negative status, do you think those things are their fault? I'm so sorry for all that have fallen for this Internet scam, It just goes to show you that in today society innocient people are being robbed every day. I ordered this product all most three weeks ago and nothing has shown up. Fortunately when ordering products over the internet I use a pre paid master card or visa and just put enough money on it to purchase the product. They cant take what you don't have. I would encourage all of you to take the time and get one it's only 9 dollars and you can load it up with any amount you want. You can also get a phone alert on your cell phone which tells you when how and who your money is going to. I have mine thru netspend.com order yours today or you can visit your check cashing places where you live and pick one up there. Please don't use your regular bank card, save that for your regular bills. for ordering over the internet use your pre paid card so you will never be surprized or ripped off again. Remember if it sounds to good to be true it usually is. This pre paid has saved me three times already and I wouldn't do it any other way.
I too am a victim of this scam. I cannot believe all the good reviews this totally worthless product has received. Since they are such a crooked company I wonder if somehow they managed to fake those reviews? It just doesn't seem possible for it to have gotten anything positive written about the product or the company. All I got was an upset stomach from taking it. took two weeks to get mine too. Just talked to Michelle after 10minute wait and she gave me the BS about the 2 week trial. I just received the product yesterday.She said she will cancel, we will see. Credit company called me to notify me that they charged my account. I explained the offer to them and they have put Colon Cleanse 3000 into a fraudulent catagory.
I wish that I had read all the comments before ordering the Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse. I have been charged so far $83.95. Well, I to did not read the fine print which stated that I would be charged after 14 days. For me this is a learning lesson. I am angry but mostly at myself for falling for a scam like this. I have an advantage that some of you don't have. Which is, I work for the bank in which account is held. So, I canceled my debit card and my bank is working to get my money back. I'm sure that my bank would do this for any of our customers, but being on the inside gives me a little advantage. For those who were taken just like me. A little suggesting that may help you. For those of you who canceled your card, be careful. You still can be charged for an unauthorized dollar amount on your account up to 2 months. you should write your banking institution a letter stating that for the next 2 months to not allow any transaction to clear on your canceled card. I hope this helps you, and I hope I get my money back. I guess I will know in a few days. If not, I will just see this as an expensive lesson learned.
I too, ordered thinking it was a free trial, and was charged. I can not get anyone to answer the phones. Has anyone took this product and it have a reverse affect and clog you up? I would also like to know what is in these pills, can not find that out....

Wow I'm surprised I just did that. Just ordered the free trial for $4.95. Before I googled cc3000, some things struck me as odd about their site that should have sent me running. The 5 minute countdown clock for one.. no contact info anywhere etc, etc..
Anyhow.. feeling a bit icky about what I just did, I googled cc3000 and stumbled onto this site and it felt like a punch in the gut.
Thankfully, I was able to call BoA credit card number and cancel/replace my card before they could hit me for the $80 or so charge that so many of you are talking about. Some said it was immediate and most others said it was within a week or so that the $80 charge appeared.
Never again will I rush into something like this. I'm not even going to open the bottle and try it since so many have said it made them sick and offered no positive results.
I regret hearing all your stories and do feel lucky I found you guys and was able to be tipped off in time.

I guess this company is proud to have ripped off a senior citizen on a fixed income. The "Free" sample cost me 84.00 causing me not to be able some of my medicine. Don't bother with contacting the company. Contact your credit card company immediately. Mine was aware of the scam and put me through to the fraud department. They will credit your account once they have determined that it is fraud. This company is a no-brainer and the credit card companies are already on to them. You can find the contact number for your credit card on your statement and most are open 24 hours.

I didn't even order this product. I ordered something completely different and was charged for this and have never even received anything. How do I cancel the stupid thing?!!! I've tried calling and am on hold. The support website is a sham. There is no such page.
I called this morning after receiving my free trial yesterday. They offered to let me send it back or let me keep the bottle for a discounted price of $32. I opted for the discounted price because I might decide to actually try the product but didn't want to get caught up in the 14 day scam. I'm going to check my credit card and make sure I was only charged the shipment. We'll see.

They are committing fraud and using a branch of the Federal Government to carry out their scheme...the USPS. Read below how I can prove it.
Add me to the growing list that didn't read the tiny "TERMS" link at the bottom of the web page the day I placed my orders. Shame on this company for sneaky, deceptive marketing/advertising and shipping practices.
This is how their scheme works, or so it seems.
When they take your order, they request a shipping label from the USPS that day, so your shipping label has your order date on it. And you are charged the S/H price right away (and an over seas fee too, by some banks and credit cards.) Then when they ACTUALLY ship the product (14 days later) that's when they process the full charge for the product.
Have any of you actually looked up the Delivery Confirmation number that was on your shipping label? Compare the dates of your charges to the dates on the Delivery Confirmation.
I think this outfit needs to be investigated by the FEDS!
I sent my BBB complaint to Scottsdale, AZ because that's the location that shipped the product. HOWEVER, that BBB office forwarded my complaint to the the FL location because that's the one that handles companies out of the Carribean, which is where this company's home base is located. They just ship from multiple locations throughout the US.
I also posted my complaint on the ripoffreport.com web site, where there are also lots of similar complaints.
I sure hope a class action suite is started and I want to be included in it. This outfit is robbing rent money and we need to stop them.
Ok, so I'm basically in the same boat with you guys. I did read the fine print and was aware of the cancellation terms, but of course it showed up late, and I'm lazy, etc.
I went to call the number that a lot of people are listing here ((888) 895-1159), but got someone who said it was actually a dental supply company, and that CC3000 had printed their phone number. So! either they printed a fake number, or they're just lying on the phone. Either way - I was able to get through on 877 548 1457 and cancel.
We'll see if it sticks. I've also contacted my bank to stop charges in case they continue.
Good luck to everyone. And whoever said in one of the other comments to go to your local health food store and buy it directly is totally right. It's not worth the pain in the ass and lack of results these products cause.
I too ordered the Colon Cleanse 3000 and Acai 3000. I was only charged for shipping, but NEVER recieved my free trial. LUCKLY I lost my debit card and reissued a new one shortly after placing my order.... leaving them unable to charge me more.....
On a better note I have found Acai Berry juice at my local Sam's Club. $15 a bottle for a month supply (1oz) daily. It's in the vitamin aisle. Hope this helps someone:)

I did get through to these folks and at first they couldn't find my information and when I mentioned the Colon Cleanse product then she found it. Seems they market for many other products also.
A supervisor got on the phone with me and said I had to cancel within 14 days - but I didn't get the product until 21 days. I never saw anything that stated I would be charged if I did not cancel before 14 days. The supervisor would not let me talk to a manager - and then I asked her to send me an email to confirm she canceled my account and I have yet to receive it.
So I have canceled my bank card out of fear they will charge me again!
I will tell everyone DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR ANYTHING THAT SAYS ONLY PAY FOR SHIPPING! It is nothing but fraud!!
well let me be the next victim of this shitty ass crime as per name colon cleanse. i too was expecting a free trial well i called and no one answers at all just thanks for calling and disconnects. i called my bank and they said in order to get my money back i need to cancel the subscription and get a cancel # then if they take another 83.95 from my account i can file for fraud and get part of my money back but if no one answers how am i supposed to do this well lesson learned i am canceling my card.

I think everyone should re-order using renababbyyy's idea! They have now ripped me off for $264.22 when I authorized $4.95 only! I keep calling to cancel, but they claim their system is down or I wait on hold forever and then get cut off.
I ordered the trial and then i send a email no to send me anymor I thought that was the end of it until i got another package in the mail today and my credit cad bill also and there was 88.30 on it for colon cleanse. I called but after a hour hung up thius is complete fraud. You can report it to bbb and also to othe fbi under fraud. I am in my 70 and on a small income and low income housing and this money goes foro my groceries. I cannot think that the drs are endorsing tis product. Good luck to everyone.
Yea me, too. I was duped. They refunded the first 39.95 without much problem. And now I'm waiting for 9:00 to call them about the 83.95. Regarding the "fine print," as the only-person-to-defend-this-miserable-company stated, there WASN'T ANY!!! Not on the website...not on a piece of paper. But I've learned my lesson. No more falling for free trials. My mom thinks I'm too gullible. Please don't tell her I did this! Lol.

Wow I guess i'm not the only person pissed off at these crooks. I have used other cleanse products with great results and I like to try others to switch it up, Colon Cleanse 3000 did nothing for me. I recomend you don’t waste your money. Don’t fall for the 14 day free trail offer, it took them 12 days for the product to get to my house i tried it for 7 days called for details on how to return unused portion they told me the trail starts the day you order so I could not get a refund. So instead of a 14 day trial you really get a 2 day trail, what a scam and judging by the hold time for customer service they must have alot of unhappy customers with the same problem as me. I hope some of you out there considering trying this product read my story and think twice about wasting your money.

I too was scammed by this product and out $200 by the time my bank charged me their overdraft $44 fee. For those of YOU calling most of us here "STUPID", and to those who are saying nothing in life is "FREE". YOU ARE COMPLETELY WRONG!!! I worked in marketing for national organizations - No nonsense (Kayser Roth) and L'eggs (Sara Lee now Hanes Brands) just to name a few. And, REPUTABLE manufacturer's do give product and prizes away FREE. I coordinated a phone sweepstakes of $25,000 in cash for No nonsense to promote their 25 years of the brand. Reputable companies, do give away "FREE" products and prizes because when a product is stellar, trial is the best way to get the product into the consumers' hands and the consumer will continue to buy the brand. Therefore, as a marketing professional, I trusted this company because of the national celebrities that endorsed it such as Rachel Ray on Oprah, Morgan Freeman, etc. I will be more careful, and there won't be a next time. However, we're not STUPID just too trusting. Shame on our credit card companies and banks for not protecting us!!!
I wish that I had read this posting before I tried the so call free trial. There is no such thing as a free trial, the only thing that is free is the hell you go through trying to get back all the unauthorized deductions from your savings account but that's not free either because I'am still paying for that too. I will go as far as to get an attorney to get my money back. They took out the S&H fee 4.95 on Aug.6, I took it for a week and tried to cancel before the trial period was up, got the run around of a system being down so I emailed and told them out the product made me feel bloatted and worst off so cancel my order. Then on Aug, 23 they took another payment out of my account of 40.27. I called them again and was told that they will have someone to call me with in 2 hours because the system was down again. Now it is September and they have tooken another payment of 89.61 out of my account; when I called them again they said to send them a copy of my email that I sent to them and a copy of my phone bill and they would refund my money, so here is hoping. Well I fell for it too. I just got off the phone and I am hoping to really see the refund they promised. I went through three operators to get someone that would listen to me. I think the fact that I did have an email confirming that I had cancelled the order did help. The email address for them is support@trialcsr.com. The numbers that actually worked for me were the ones that showed up on my bank statement. 800-222-1168 and 800-384-6511. I tried both numbers after getting a really rude person the first time.

Heres another one that got ripped off ME. I got the trial but did not read the disclaimer and got wacked for a $88 charge for this junk. I was fortunate to get the help of my credit card company (Citi)_ and got the charge reversed. This company is not even in the US it is a off shore scam. I found this out thru my CC as they were showing a foreign currency exchange during the CC credit.
I also got ripped off. When I tried to cancel they never replied with any call backs or emails. I emailed and called leaving messages for them to reimburse me and it never happen. *shaking my head* they are RIDICULOUS. I totally agree with you JOE!

TOTAL SCAM!! Once you give these cheats your credit card number to cover the "4.95 shipping," there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING you can do to prevent them from charging you the $83 dollars. Even if you send the product back within the 14 days (from the date you placed the order!) the customer service people will claim that they didn't recieve it, or that you were past the deadline, and very rudely tell you, "sorry, no refunds." WARNING: If you give these people your credit card number, you're AUTOMATICALLY going to be charged the additional $83 no matter what.

I fell for this BS. Right after I ordered I started googling because I felt something was up and I came upon this page.
I canceled my credit card within 12 hours of ordering CC3000 and had a new one shipped in five days.
Although I am positive they tried, they only had time to charge me the $4.95. The trial bottle is still sitting on my dresser. I don't even want to try it because nobody here said it did anything for them and a few said it made them sick.

Same here, ordered at trial price $4.95. Received pills approx. 3 wks later. Within 2 wks my cc acct was charged $80.00. I am contacting my cc company tomorrow to block future charges from them. Guess I'll try it too.

I just called my credit card holder and advised them to put this company on their fraudalent dealer list and they told me that it was my responsiblity to cancel within the the 14 day trial period.after explaining to them I didnt receive the product until after 2 weeks and that cancelled my obligation, they then told me they could not do anything for me..so I then told them to cancel my credit card as I didn't want any future bogus charges on my card.

When I called customer service, I was told that it was a 14 day trial and I had within that time to cancel. What really pissed me off was it took 17 days for the product to even get to me. These people are true scammers. You live and learn. Atleast I did. They are making it bad for true legitimate produts to be ordered on line for fear of being screwed with your account. And to add insult to injury...the product doesn't even work!!!

After 2 weeks of using the colon cleanse, I became ill and decided to discontinue taking it. It took me 2 days to feel better, and I noticed I didn't lose an ounce. I called your customer service to question the "unexpected" charge on my credit card bill and spoke with what I thought to be a very nice young man. I was appalled when he said to me, "Ma'am, I don't mean to be rude, but you apparently didn't understand what you read on our website." If he would have said that to my face, I would have slapped him. READ THIS: I am hoping enough complaints will be voiced concerning your deceitful tactics that a class action suit will result to put all companies such as yours out of business. I am right behind all of you. I received my Colon Cleanse 11 days later then 2 days later charged $83.95. So how could I have 14 days of free trail. When I called Lawrence told me I couldn't cancel, or returned the bottle. This product did not work, it did the opposite. I am working with my bank to get my money back. I had to close my account and make a new account. Like everyone else I will not get my money back, which is complete fraud.I am very discussed and appalled how companies can get away with misleading advertisement and take our money, knowing we work hard for our money.

Also, it appears this product goes by 3 different names (that I've discovered so far anyway) They are colon cleanse 3000, colon RX, and slim chip cleanser. I was told that I had 30 day risk free trial, with 14 day money back guarantee for the SHIPPING. I canceled 12 days after receiving my product and was billed, of course. When I tried to go back to the site I ordered from,it was no longer available. I was given a totally different site by the rep. It's just ridiculous. I will NEVER do anything this stupid again.
