Then we have water, I mean drinking water. Yes it is very important, because water takes part in all the processes in cells and also is in charge of taking toxins out of the body. You need to drink 6-8 glasses of water every day to provide your body with enough amount of liquid. Do not substitute water with other drinks - water is perfect drink indeed, since it does not require a lot of conversion in the stomach and can be directly absorbed and used by the organism.
You may not experience the result of more water drinking in the first week or two, but later you will be able to feel how your body processes improved.
Another thing for keeping the proper digestion and reducing the amount of toxins is... chewing. Yup! This simple process is often not considered at all in a sense of helping your health. But in vain! Chewing is almost a half way to proper digestion even if other conditions are not there. The author experienced on his own body being in another country and sometimes being forced to eat a far-from-great food.
You need to do chewing at least 16 or 20 times and up to 32 or even more. It is easy when you eat whole grains, for example, or other raw food, since you won't be able to swallow it until having chewed well enough.
Also you should prefer groaning food like apples, oranges and berries. Avoid genetically modified food stuff as much as possible.
