Ingredients
- White Butter – 200 g or 8 oz
- Brown sugar – 16 tbsp
- White Flour – 6 oz or 12 tbsp
- Coco powder - 4 to 5 tbsp
- Eggs - 4
- Baking powder - 2 tsp
- Chocolate - 150 g
- Milk - 4 tbsp
Procedure
Mix the chocolate with the milk and put the mixture to double boil. In a separate container mix coco powder, flour and baking powder thoroughly. Grease a pan. Beat butter, add sugar and then beat again. Then add egg followed by 1 tbsp flour. Add the remaining three eggs followed by 1 tbsp flour. Now add the rest of the flour and mix. Add the chocolate/milk mixture to the pan and mix. Add the topping on top and bake at No. 4 (180 deg) for 40 to 50 minutes.
Topping
- Egg whites – 2
- Coco powder – 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 4 to 5 tbsp
Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and with a spoon spread it on top of the cake before baking.
