Commercial vs Residential Dishwashers

A commercial dishwasher only sanitizes dishes; that's all.  You have to pre wash, pre-rinse and hand dry.  If the water is hot enough, the dishes will dry quickly, but you must have a place to put the racks.  It is true, however, that is takes just a few minutes to run a rack of dishes through a commercial dishwasher.  They are much more expensive than residential dishwashers.
