You should be knowing that Commission Junction is an Affiliate center which deals with sale of Products and Services. It has a vide variety of products ranging from Books, Automobiles, mobile phones, telephones, and other items.

I have this information from one of my friend that both Commission Junction and ebay act like scam. They never pay. My friend had been in Commission Junction and did a hard work putting all the links of the Commission Junction products.

He had a website containing 20 pages each page linking to a different category of products available commission Junction. He gave heavy traffic to the site. It nearly generated 20,000 impressions and some 2000 clicks but no sale. It was after one year that his account was deleted for the reason - `no sale was made'.

All his work came to naught.

Coming to ebay he had been a member there too and for some reason which was not disclosed his account was cancelled.

So taking all this into account it is better that you never sign up with commission junction which is linked to ebay. After all the advertisements that they will get in our hugpages they profit and at last they may cancel out our accounts.

Though Google Adsense too is in the habit of cancelling accounts without giving any reasons it seems to be trustworthy.

I really do not know about Amazon.com, anyone reading this topic please come out with your experience on this Amazon.com, I think they pay only when a sale is made, while Google adsense pays for every impressions, clicks and sales.

I have never singed up with Commission Junction or ebay which is linked with it. That advertisement may unneccessarily compete with Google Adsense and Amazon here. Having these two is more than sufficient for earning.

Update - 4th April 2008

I have not earned even a single pie in Amazon.com after all the advertisements that I showed in Hubpages. At the same time I was able to cross $100 in Adsense account and withdrew the earnings.

Hence all my future hubpages I never display Amazon.com advertisements too.

Has anyone had earned profit in Commission Junction? Please tell your experience. What about Amazon.com?

On April 1st 2008, eBay discontinued the old commission junction affiliate program and replaced it with a new in house offering. Hubpages owners are working on integrating with this new program and expect to have the work complete before the end of April. Until this work is completed, those of you that are new will just have to wait. Check back here or in the official announcements forum to determine when you can get started.
